Please describe the request you would like us to address. Where relevant, include the email address associated with your order or account and your country or state of residence so we can determine which rights apply.
You do not need to have made a purchase or created an account to contact us about privacy. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or unnecessary identity documents.
Emailing us starts a request for review. It does not automatically change your browser settings, disable cookies, or stop tracking technologies on your device.

We will review and act on applicable requests within the legally required period. We will request only the information reasonably necessary to process the request. An order number or customer account is not required solely to submit an opt-out request.
Our website currently does not provide a functioning on-site “Opt Out” button or automated data-sharing preference panel. This page is an information and contact page; visiting it does not itself register an opt-out preference.
The email contact method does not replace any additional opt-out mechanism we are legally required to provide.
4. Cookies and Website Preferences

Global Privacy Control, or GPC, is a browser-based signal through which users can communicate certain privacy preferences, including requests to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
Our website does not currently have an implemented GPC response mechanism. We therefore cannot represent that enabling GPC automatically changes the website’s data-sharing or tracking behavior.
You may contact service@emberpick.com to submit a privacy request. This additional contact option does not replace any legal obligation to recognize and honor a valid GPC signal, and this notice does not waive or limit that obligation.
6. Marketing Emails and Text Messages
Emberpick® does not currently send marketing emails or marketing text messages.
We may send communications necessary to manage your purchases or respond to you, including order confirmations, shipping updates, cancellation notices, return instructions, refund updates, and customer-support responses.
Providing an email address or telephone number at checkout does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications.
The absence of email or SMS marketing does not, by itself, establish that no website analytics or advertising technologies are used.
7. Verification and Authorized Requests
For requests involving access, correction, or deletion, we may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information. Any verification will be proportionate to the request and limited to what is reasonably necessary.
We will not require identity verification for a sale or sharing opt-out request where applicable law prohibits that requirement. We may ask for limited information needed to identify the information or processing covered by your request.
