Emberpick® is operated by our company in China, and orders are shipped from China.

We offer worldwide shipping, including all 50 U.S. states, with no special-address exclusions.

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days.

  • Estimated transit time after dispatch: 7–15 business days for the United States and 10–20 business days for other countries and regions.

  • Standard shipping: US$2.99 per order when the order does not qualify for free shipping.

  • Free shipping: Available worldwide on orders with a merchandise subtotal exceeding US$29.97 after discounts.

  • International customs duties, import taxes, and VAT: Covered by Emberpick®.

Support Before and After Your Purchase

We want customers to have clear information about their orders and the help available if something goes wrong.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, clean, and complete. Please contact us first and send the return within 3 days of approval under our voluntary return policy.

Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer, and the original delivery fee is not refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise. Our return address is in China.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help. For issues that are our responsibility, we cover the necessary handling and shipping costs and arrange a replacement, shipment of missing parts, or refund, as appropriate. This reporting period does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
